Dial it Back Some

So after yesterday's experience, I decided to take it much easier today. I decided against taking a rest day because I haven't yet formed the habit and will be less/unlikely to try again. I spent some time yesterday narrowing down the easier workouts and found a pin linking to this site. Beginner? I am definitely a beginner! This link already has all the videos for me, and it's a much shorter workout with break time incorporated. So I decided this is my workout for today. If I feel better afterwards, there is another Starter's Exercise Plan I want to try concurrently for a while.

Beginner's Four Minute Fat Blaster
In prep for this, I downloaded an interval timer app for my phone. It was pretty easy to figure out how to use.
After yesterday, this routine was a relief! I should have started with it! I wasn't too difficult, and with the interval timer it was just a matter of listening for beeps. That, along with some music, I was rockin' this one out.
I think I mastered the proper form for the squat, could feel the stretching. Cool. I am definitely going to add more to this. So on to

The Starter's Exercise Plan
Pretty simple, thirty jumping jacks and ten crunches. This whole thing took roughly a minute and a half. Definitely a good supplement to the first one. Spent a total of 5 minutes, have a little bit of a sweat (it is the summer ;)) and I feel good.

Definitely more doable and maintainable. Fortunately the second plan changes everyday so this workout won't get mundane. Will probably repeat later today or add a different plan. We'll see
