While skimming other workouts to see if I can find future goals, I came across this Fitness Assessment and thought to myself, why the hell didn't I start with this?!
This quiz will give me an idea on my fitness level and help me set goals. Short story shorter, here are my results.
Flexibility Test: measured in cm but converting to just under 18 inches. For my age that puts me smack dab in the middle of AVERAGE.
Push Up Test: I don't want to use my aching tricpes as an excuse but...I can push myself to 20 push up, again putting me in the middle of AVERAGE.
Partial Curl Up Test: I did fifteen. This puts me at GOOD.
Squat Test: Oh my legs will never forgive me for this. Ohh! I get a chair! Like that's gonna help. Ok, So I quit at 30 so my thighs wouldn't scream louder. Looks like all those walks with Lola paid off. I have EXCELLENT lower body strength.
So, I don't totally suck PLUS I'm not so bad. This is a relief, plus I got to burn a few extra calories :)
