20 Days Later: The Starter Plan

So over the past twenty days I have semi-diligently kept up with the 20 day starter workout. For a variety of reasons I skipped a few days here and there, but managed to make them up by combining multiple days. All and all they were pretty easy but definitely got the heart rate up and the sweat flowing.

After about a week I upped the four-minute fat burner to a five minute and by day 15 or so, it just became mundane.

As I move on to the Level One Exercise Plan, I will move on to a 4 Minute Fat Blaster for All Fitness Level. Tomorrow I will likely take a rest day. As I get closer to the end of summer (three weeks), I will probably add type of daily workout.

All and all, I haven't seen any body changes, but I have for the most part, been feeling better. Hoping to set a pattern to stay mentally healthy during the upcoming crazy year, so I hope to get more motivated on projects and this blog. Let's see what happens!
